What does bidpilot do?
bidpilot prices commercial cleaning tenders. Upload the tender pack — RFP, scope of works, site plans, pricing schedules, existing contracts — and it builds the staffing model, applies Cleaning Services Award rates and on-costs, and returns a line-itemed annual price ex-GST.
Who is it for?
Australian commercial cleaning contractors and their bid teams, pricing tenders for schools, offices, health, retail and other sites.
Which documents can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) files: the RFP, scope of works, site plans and area schedules, pricing schedules and any existing contract. bidpilot reads every document, so nothing is keyed in by hand.
How long does it take to price a tender?

Does it apply the Cleaning Services Award?
Yes. bidpilot maps every role to a Cleaning Services Award 2020 classification, applies shift penalties by start and finish time for full-time, part-time and casual staff, and loads superannuation and payroll tax into on-costs. Rates follow the annual 1 July wage review. Review the output before you submit.
What do I get back?

What happens to my tender documents?
You keep ownership of your documents and of the pricing generated from them. Documents are stored with our cloud hosting provider, sent to our AI model providers to produce your outputs, and sent to our monitoring provider for diagnostics, all under our agreements with them. Some of these providers process data outside Australia. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
How is bidpilot priced?
Monthly plans with an included number of tenders and users; tenders beyond the allowance are charged per tender. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
